AI and digitalisation courses with an education voucher
AI training funded by an education voucher: AI management, AI at work and automation, and digital communication. Online, full-time or part-time.
The courses in this area are for people who want to use artificial intelligence and digital tools in their work. That may be specialists and managers who are asked to introduce AI in a company, career changers who want to add digital skills to their profile, or self-employed people who want to communicate confidently online. None of the three courses requires programming skills.
Each course has its own focus. AI management covers the strategic side: data ethics, law and compliance in the EU, AI in HR and leadership, and how to assess AI strategies. AI at work and automation is hands-on, with generative AI, prompting, custom GPTs, automation with n8n and AI agents. This course is taught live online with fixed sessions. Digital communication focuses on virtual events, online moderation, social media and tools for working together online. AI management and digital communication are online distance courses with tutor support, so you can plan your time more freely. Durations range from about five weeks full-time to around seven months alongside work.
All three courses can be funded with an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein, § 81 SGB III). Whether you receive one is decided by your employment agency (since 2025 also if you are supported by a Jobcenter), typically when the training improves your chances of finding a new job. If you are employed, funding under the Qualifizierungschancengesetz may be possible. Our advice is free: we help you find the course that fits your goal and prepare the meeting with your adviser.

What to look for when choosing a course
- Strategy or practice: AI management is about introducing and steering AI in a company, AI at work and automation is about using the tools yourself.
- Check the format: the live online course has fixed sessions, while the two distance courses let you study at your own pace with tutor support.
- Read the requirements: AI at work and automation expects a STEM degree or some experience with Excel, project management software or simple BI tools.
- Have the right equipment: digital communication needs a computer with a webcam, AI management needs confident use of office software.
