Who advises you

kursberatung.de is run by Mag. Art. Lars Ritter, MBA, MSc, BA. I have been advising adults who want to train alongside work or after a period without work for years, I teach at universities and I am currently doing a doctorate. With Studienflüsterer I advise on degrees and continuing education across the German-speaking countries. kursberatung.de focuses on one question: which funded course moves you forward professionally in Germany?

How we work

1. We listen. What have you learned, what do you want to work in, which documents do you already have?
2. We show suitable courses. Only AZAV-approved courses that fit your goal.
3. We prepare the meeting. So you can explain to the employment agency or job centre why exactly this course makes sense.
4. We stay available, also while the course is running.

How we are funded

Our advice is free of charge for you. We work with selected training providers and receive a fee from them if you start a course there. That is why we do not call ourselves independent. But we tell you openly if a course does not suit you, even if it is listed in the course finder.

What we do not do

• We do not promise funding. Whether you receive a voucher is decided by your employment agency or job centre.
• We do not pass your data to training providers without your consent.
• We do not replace legal advice.
